Brikseka.

Brikseka.

Structure that can open an account.

Company formation, payment rails, business immigration, and acquisitions for operators in Pakistan—one desk, not a filing mill.

Prepared for the institutions that actually decide

  • Companies House
  • SECP
  • FBR
  • Stripe
  • Wise
  • PayPal
  • Payoneer

The desk

Boutique advisory. Honest rails.

We work with people living in Pakistan who need a company that can bank and take cards—or a mobility plan that is more than a slogan. Every foreign entity still sits under SBP and FBR. We say that before we file.

Advisory mandates

Four lanes. One desk.

Company Formation

Pakistan and worldwide companies for Pakistani founders—including the United Kingdom, fully remote or with a planned visit.

  • Pakistan SECP companies and foreign entities in one mandate
  • United Kingdom Ltd fully remote — plus US, EU, UAE, Asia, and visit-required markets
  • Per country: visit, cost, timeframe, payment gateways, and banking

Open Company Formation in the menu and choose a country.

How it works

From discovery to handoff

  1. Discovery

Confidential briefing. We align on mandate, jurisdictions, and success criteria.

  2. Structure

Entity, banking, and mobility designed as one plan—not three disconnected vendors.

  3. Execute

Filings, KYC packs, gateway readiness, and immigration tracks as scoped.

  4. Handoff

Portal access, document vault, and a clear operating cadence.

Full process

A mandate, anonymised

UK Ltd for a Pakistan-based software firm

They needed to invoice US and EU customers on cards. A Pakistan company could not open Stripe. We did not sell them a Caribbean certificate and call it a merchant account.

What we formed

A UK private limited company, remote Companies House filing, Pakistani directors, registered office and agent in the UK. Typical clock: identity verification, then 24–48 hours at Companies House.

The rails

Wise Business in the company name, then Stripe UK and PayPal Business—applied once, with a coherent site and KYC pack. Approval is the provider’s. We do not guarantee it.

Pakistan overlay

SBP Chapter 20 on resident equity, FBR worldwide income, and a clean paper trail for the foreign company. The UK filing does not erase Pakistan tax or exchange-control duty.

What we refused to promise

No ‘Stripe in 48 hours.’ No nominee banking. No US LLC pitched as a shortcut around UK substance when the customer map already pointed at Companies House.

Working principles

A company is not a bank.

Incorporation is the start of KYC, not the end of it. We sequence entity, payout account, and gateway as one file.

Stripe is a country list.

Pakistan is not a Stripe merchant country. A BVI or Georgian company does not become Stripe. Country pages list the real rails.

Visit when the country requires it.

UK Ltd is remote. Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, and Japan are not. We will not hide a flight behind a ‘fully online’ headline.

FAQ

Questions before you write.

Short answers. The long ones live on each mandate page.

Do you form companies in the United Kingdom?

Yes. A UK Ltd is a featured corridor: remote Companies House filing, no local director, typically 24–48 hours once identity verification is done. Open Company Formation for cost, timeframe, and rails.

Will a foreign company get me Stripe?

Only if the company sits in a Stripe merchant country and the application is approved. Pakistan-registered merchants cannot use Stripe. We map country → gateway before we file. Approval is never guaranteed.

Do I have to travel?

For many remote corridors (UK, US, Estonia, Hong Kong, much of the EU), no. For others (Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Japan, Brazil), a visit is part of a realistic setup. Each country page states the rule.

What about SBP and FBR?

Pakistani residents generally need State Bank approval to hold foreign equity. FBR taxes residents on worldwide income. CFC rules may apply. We brief this on every foreign company—it is not optional small print.

Is this a $99 online incorporation?

No. We are a private advisory desk. Filings go through partners; you get a structure, a rails plan, and a portal—not a PDF in an inbox.

How do I start?
