CRM

Leads, proposals, and follow-up live in a company pipeline — not in a personal inbox. We open HubSpot or Pipedrive in the company’s name once the company is taking work.

A CRM is premature if there is no company, no mailbox, and no site. It is necessary once two people need to see the same lead. HubSpot’s free CRM is the default: contacts, a simple pipeline, and a shared inbox on the company domain. Pipedrive is the alternative when the work is deal-first. The Hub or the company sits in the company’s name. We do not install Salesforce for a founder team, and we do not leave the pipeline on a personal HubSpot login tied to Gmail.

How we work

From shortlist to a filed application

  1. 1

    Mailbox first

The CRM connects to the company email. We do not open it on a personal Gmail.

  2. 2

    Pipeline

A short set of stages that match how the company actually sells.

  3. 3

    Shared

The people who should see leads can see them. The company holds the admin.

A pipeline the company owns

Once the company is taking work, the leads cannot live in a personal inbox. A CRM in the company’s name, on the company mailbox, is the record of who was asked, who was sent a proposal, and who paid. We keep it simple. We do not install an enterprise suite for a two-person firm.

  • HubSpot’s free CRM is the pipeline we brief first for most companies: contacts, deals, and a shared inbox that can sit on the company domain. Billing and the Hub ID belong to the company. A personal HubSpot account tied to a Gmail address is not the company CRM.

We brief this on companies that are taking inbound work and need a shared record, not a personal spreadsheet.

    How we help

We open HubSpot in the company’s name, connect the company mailbox, and set a simple pipeline (lead, proposal, won). HubSpot decides the subscription. Paid seats are only when the free CRM is no longer enough.

  • Pipedrive is a sales pipeline for companies that live in deals rather than a marketing site. It is useful when the founder already thinks in stages and wants that on the company account. Same rule: company email, company billing.

We brief this when the client already prefers Pipedrive, or when a deal-first CRM is a better fit than HubSpot.

    How we help

We open Pipedrive for the company, set the stages to match how they actually sell, and connect the mailbox. Pipedrive decides.

Provider lists are indicative. We confirm current availability during consultation. Official websites open in a new tab; Brikseka is not those companies, and we do not guarantee their approval.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a CRM on day one?

No. You need a company, a mailbox, and a way to get paid. The CRM starts when leads would otherwise live in one person’s head or inbox.

HubSpot or Pipedrive?

HubSpot if you want contacts, a shared inbox, and room to grow without moving. Pipedrive if you already think in deals and stages. We do not run both.

Will this replace the advisory thread with you?

No. The CRM is for your customers. The mandate with Brikseka stays on our thread.
